We bill on the 1st of each month for that month's service. Your monthly amount stays the same every month: we take your per-visit price across the whole year (52 weeks) and split it into 12 even payments, so it works out to about 2 weeks of billing built into the rate. No surprises and no month where the bill jumps around. Your first month is pro-rated based on when service starts.

Whatever works for your yard: weekly, twice weekly, or every other week. We come the same day each week so you always know when to expect us. You can change your frequency anytime.

Nope. As long as we can safely get into your yard, you don't need to be home. Just tell us where the gate is and any access details when you sign up. When we're done we'll send a photo of your closed gate, so you know we've been by and everything's shut behind us.

Most dogs are fine with us in the yard. If yours needs to be inside, tell us at signup. Got a doggie door? Note that too and we'll work around it. We close and latch the gate on every visit and send you a photo of it.

We scoop it, bag it, and haul it away with us. Nothing goes in your trash bin and nothing is left for you to deal with. We also sanitize our tools between yards so we're never tracking anything from one yard to the next.

We sure do. Refer a friend or neighbor, and when they mention your name at signup, you both get a $20 credit applied once they complete a full month of service! Your unique code, URL, or QR code you can share can be found in your customer portal.

Our instant quote fits most standard yards. If your yard is unusually large or hasn't been cleaned in more than 30 days, we may need to adjust the first cleanup price before recurring service starts. We'll always confirm with you before doing any billable work.

No. Cancel anytime with 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled visit. We bill monthly in advance, and once that month's service has started we don't refund the rest of it.

We clean what we can see. Tall grass, heavy leaves, and mud can hide waste, so if conditions got in the way we'll say so in your visit update. Keeping the grass mowed helps us get it all.

Tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we'll come back and fix it.
