Hey — we're Ben & Mia, a father-daughter team living right here in Elevon. Poop Posse isn't a franchise or a call center three states away. When you sign up, the people scooping your yard are the same people you'll wave at in the grocery store.
We started this for a simple reason: everybody loves their dog, and nobody loves this chore. So we made it ours. We show up when we say we will, we send photo proof every visit, and we treat your yard like it's our own — because it's basically down the street from ours.

We pre-bill on the 1st of each month for that month's service. To keep things simple, your monthly amount stays the same every month — we calculate it by taking your per-visit weekly price across the whole year (52 weeks) and dividing it evenly into 12 payments, so it works out to about 2 weeks of billing built into the rate. That means no surprises and no month where the bill jumps around. Your very first month is pro-rated based on when service starts.
Whatever works for your yard — weekly, twice weekly, or every other week. We service the same day each week so you always know when to expect us. You can change your frequency anytime.
Nope. As long as we can safely access your yard, you don't need to be home. Just let us know your gate location and any access details when you sign up. We'll send photo confirmation after every visit.
Most dogs are totally fine with us — we're pros. If your dog needs to stay inside or you have a doggie door, just note it on your signup and we'll work around it. Your pets' safety comes first, always.
We scoop everything, double-bag it, and place it securely in your trash bin for your normal pickup day. No piles left behind and nothing for you to deal with. We also sanitize our equipment between yards so we're never tracking anything from one customer's yard to another's.
We sure do. Refer a friend or neighbor, and when they mention your name at signup, you both get a $1 scoop. There's no limit — the more folks you send our way, the more $1 cleans you earn.
Our instant quote applies to most standard yards. If your yard is unusually large or hasn't been cleaned in more than 30 days, we may need to adjust the first cleanup price before recurring service begins. We'll always confirm before performing any billable work — no surprises.
No. You can cancel anytime. We simply ask for reasonable notice before your next scheduled service. Since we bill monthly in advance, if you cancel mid-month we'll provide a pro-rated refund for any service you've already paid for but not yet received.
