By scheduling service with Poop Posse ("we," "us," "our"), you ("the customer") agree to these terms. These terms govern all pet waste removal services we provide in Lavon, TX and surrounding service areas.
Poop Posse provides residential pet waste removal on a recurring or one-time basis. Standard service includes scooping pet waste from your designated yard area and double-bagging it for disposal in your household trash bin.
All new recurring customers begin with an initial cleanup visit billed at $60 per hour. For weekly and twice-weekly recurring customers, the first hour is credited back to the account, effectively making the initial cleanup free for most standard yards. If a yard requires more than one hour of work to reach a clean baseline, we will discuss any additional time with you before proceeding.
Poop Posse does not require long-term contracts. You may pause or cancel recurring service at any time. We ask for reasonable notice before your next scheduled visit so we can adjust the route. Prepaid amounts for unused future service may be refunded or credited.
You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the service area on your scheduled day, including any gate codes or keys needed. If we cannot safely access the yard, we may be unable to complete service for that visit, and the visit may still be billable.
For the safety of our team and your pets, we ask that aggressive animals be secured indoors during service. We reserve the right to skip a visit if conditions are unsafe. We will always secure gates and latches when leaving, but you remain responsible for the containment of your pets.
We service in most weather conditions. In the event of severe weather that prevents safe service, we will reschedule to the next available day so that no regular visit is missed.
If you are not satisfied with a completed visit, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
Poop Posse is not responsible for pre-existing yard conditions, damage caused by pets, or items left in the service area. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
